We're not a monolith! This innovative multimedia experience immerses you in real LGBTQ+ perspectives on allyship through insightful audio clips from the award-winning podcast "Allyship is a Verb." Hear directly from various LGBTQ+ community members each session on what allyship looks like in practice. Many guests have educational social media accounts and books; attendees are encouraged to diversify their feeds and bookshelves!

What's an AIAV session like?

This is an insider's view into meaningful allyship directly from LGBTQ+ community members themselves. It features various experiences and backgrounds.

Each one-hour session pairs captioned audio excerpts, creating an immersive multimedia journey into lived LGBTQ+ experiences.

Learn to differentiate between helpful and unhelpful allyship actions, including normalizing mistakes AIAV guests have made themselves.

Pair this series with events like Zero Discrimination Day, National Coming Out Day, or LGBTQ History Month to reinforce practicing visible, active allyship year-round.

There are currently three sessions. You can buy one, two, or all three.


Some companies buy more than one to accommodate dispersed teams across time zones, so more employees may attend live.

An authorized representative must sign a Services Agreement. As this is a special offer, no edits are permitted. Refusal to sign will result in an order cancellation and refund.
